This Privacy Policy explains how Yonatan Kornblit Law Office ("we", "us", "the Office") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, contact us, book a consultation or request our Buyer's Guide. It is intended to meet our obligations under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it, and, where they apply, the privacy laws of our visitors' home countries (see section 13).
1. Who we are
The controller of the information is Adv. Yonatan Kornblit, Yonatan Kornblit Law Office, Ram Tower, 17 Nachum Haftzadi St., Givat Shaul, Jerusalem, Israel. You can contact us about privacy at yoni@kornblitlaw.com or +972-52-654-7170.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you fill in a form, book a call or request the Buyer's Guide, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, where you are in the purchase process and any message you write. When you book a call we also receive the time you selected.
- Communications: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls you have with us.
- Technical information: like most websites, the site and the service providers that run it automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of the visit, partly through cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not send us confidential or sensitive details about a transaction or dispute through the website forms. Contacting us through the website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship; that relationship begins only once we have agreed in writing to represent you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and to schedule and hold consultations.
- To send you the Buyer's Guide you requested.
- To send you occasional updates and articles, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.
- To comply with our legal and professional obligations and to protect our legal rights.
4. Is providing information mandatory?
You are not under any legal obligation to give us personal information, and you do so of your own free will. However, without the details marked as required in a form, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry, book a consultation or send you the guide.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- Service providers that operate the website and our services on our behalf, including Wix.com (website hosting, forms, booking system and contact management), Google (fonts and, where used, calendar services), Zoom (video consultations) and WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact us through WhatsApp).
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or IT consultants, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities or other parties, where we are required to do so by law or by a court order, or where needed to protect our legal rights.
6. Storage outside Israel
Some of our service providers store or process information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred abroad, we do so in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or for longer where required by law or by our professional obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are generally kept for up to three years from our last contact.
8. Updates and marketing messages
We send updates and articles by email only to people who have actively agreed to receive them, in accordance with section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us, and we will stop sending them.
9. Cookies
The website and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work, to keep it secure and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the site may then not work properly.
10. Security
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information, in line with the Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot rule out unauthorized access entirely.
11. Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also ask to be removed from any mailing list at any time. To make a request, contact us at yoni@kornblitlaw.com. If you believe your privacy has been infringed, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
12. Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18.
13. Visitors from outside Israel

If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to our handling of your information, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, for updates and articles), steps you ask us to take before engaging us, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running the Office, and compliance with legal obligations. In addition to the rights above, you may ask us to restrict or object to processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. The European Commission has recognized Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection.
